Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a FAST Team Member, you must be flexible, service-oriented, and able to:

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and perform detailed recovery tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions: Mostly indoor with moderate noise, travel required using personal vehicle, and outdoor work on hard surfaces. Maintain safety standards at all times.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and move throughout the store efficiently. Must have stamina to perform physical tasks and operate equipment safely.
