The Job in a Nutshell:This position requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. This role will ensure the store and its crew deliver a world-class customer experience through proper training and execution of our customer service and operational standards. You will be the 2nd Assistant Manager, trained in management processes, and will serve as the leader and ambassador of the Customer Service Experience at your store.
CompensationUSD $26.00/Hr.

Responsibilities- Setting Others Up for Success: Ensure the store crew is trained and prepared to meet expectations. Coach and inspire team members, participate in hiring and development, and promote from within.
- Instilling the Importance of Customer Service: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure execution of solutions.
- Achieving Operational Excellence: Partner with management to manage inventory, shrink, achieve financial targets, ensure policy compliance, execute marketing, and maintain store standards.
- Leadership & Professionalism: Demonstrate integrity, respect, and professionalism; mentor team members; foster a positive store culture.
- Rolling Up Your Sleeves: Be hands-on in store operations across departments, performing tasks as needed.
- Getting the Job Done: Maintain full schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Moving on Up: Gain insight into store operations and prepare for advancement opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
- Patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Successful experience in training and managing groups.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interest in natural/organic foods and supplements.
