Support the operations of the GHSR Food & Beverage (F&B) Department, which includes: the Grill, Snack Bar and Red Brick Eats, as a safe, pleasant and highly attractive place for guests to eat and relax and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

• The Food & Beverage Attendants report to, and are accountable to the Food and Beverage Manager, and also take direction from the Assistant Food & Beverage Managers, F&B Supervisors and F&B Attendant III.

• Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required in this job description.
• Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, twist and climb.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability and willingness to deal positively and respectfully with guests and other employees
• Ability and willingness to follow directions, practices and procedures
• Ability to handle money transactions, including accurate entry, collection, and change-making.
• Willingness to smile, be happy, and treat all guests and other employees with courtesy and respect.

All Food & Beverage personnel must be flexible to work variable hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
