Professional Case Management is hiring RNs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country, with one-on-one patient relationships and the opportunity to create your own schedule.
Responsibilities- Create the schedule you want to work
- Provide rewarding one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Deliver care that supports patients’ health, quality of life and peace of mind
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
- New Graduates welcome!
- Current CPR certification and TB test
- Shifts:
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available - Standard Rate: $38.00 - $40.50 hourly
