Job specification

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU.
• Deliver compassionate and specialized care to patients in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) across the entire lifespan - from neonate to geriatric.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical judgment, critical thinking, and proficiency in operating and managing sophisticated ICU equipment
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff, embodying the principles of the Clinical Ladder program.

Candidate requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Current Colarado RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of CVICU nursing experience, including day-0 care.
• Strong critical care skills and the ability to manage adult and CCU patients of all ages.
