Responsibilities:
- Lead the care of adult patients requiring comprehensive, monitored medical-surgical treatment with telemetry oversight.
- Accurate assessment and documentation of patient conditions, continuous telemetry monitoring, and timely escalation of complex findings.
- Medication administration and reconciliation, wound and infection control, and patient education for patients and families.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, collaborate with physicians, case managers, and support teams.
- Serve as a clinical role model for best practices in telemetry and post-acute transitions.
- Participate in professional growth within Med Surg Tele with pathways for advancing telemetry proficiency and leadership opportunities.

- Competitive weekly pay: $2,022–$2,100 with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
