Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Shift: 4 × 10-hour days with rotating call schedule

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license through DORA (required).
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT.
• Minimum experience in Orthopedics, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of multiple surgical specialties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work rotating call shifts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
