Patient Services Specialist ENT Clinic

Position Overview

Valley View's ENT Clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office.

• Providing patients and physicians with professional, friendly reception duties.
• Organizing patient flow and keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintaining patient files and accounts accurately.
• Handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately.
• Assisting with billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner.
• Patient care background preferred.

40 hours per week;
Monday‑Friday.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Receptionist/clerical experience required.
• Patient care background preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.
