Medical Lab Scientist (MLS)/Medical Technician (MLT) – Full Time, 7 days on / 7 days off

Schedule: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, 7 on / 7 off DAY shift with rotating weekends.

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado (between Aspen and Vail, Northern Rockies).

Valley View is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technician (MLT) to receive and collect specimens, perform chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, and other laboratory tests, and operate manual and automated equipment for specimen analysis.

• Receive, collect, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Perform chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, and other laboratory tests.
• Operate manual and automated laboratory equipment.
• Learn micro‑plate reading as part of a weekly rotation.
• Both MLS and MLT positions are considered.

• Associate degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Current registration by ASCP or AMT.
• Willingness to learn micro‑plate reading weekly.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Current registration by ASCP or AMT.
• Willingness to learn micro‑plate reading weekly.

• One year of experience as a Medical Technologist preferred.

Medical Technician:

• $33.99–$49.98 per hour.
• Weekend differential: $4.25 per hour for work between 7 pm Friday and 7 am Sunday.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus with two‑year, full‑time commitment.

Medical Lab Scientist – ASCP:

• $36.76–$54.06 per hour.
• Weekend differential: $4.25 per hour.
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus with two‑year, full‑time commitment.
