PRN Patient Scheduling/Registration for Sleep Medicine

Valley View's Sleep Medicine Department is in need of a PRN (As Needed) Patient Access Professional to assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration. Previous patient scheduling and/or registration experience is highly preferred.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One to two years of customer service experience required
• Previous experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing preferred
• Courtesy, patience, and tact when dealing with the public;
  Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Bilingual highly preferred (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work under variable conditions.
• Well‑organized, dependable and flexible;
  Strong computer and typing skills.
• Must be a team player
