Rehab Services (OT, ST, PT) - Valley View Hospital Glenwood Springs, CO, USA

• Pay or shift range: $38.43 USD to $57.64 USD;
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

As the Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients and develops treatment plans for a variety of inpatient and outpatient diagnosis and design and implement programs to improve function and independent productive living.

You will provide PRN Occupational Therapy services primarily for Inpatient.

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Current Colorado OT license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience is strongly preferred
• BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.

• $38.43 to $57.64 /hour + 14% PRN Differential Pay.
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
• Annual Bonus to eligible PRN employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
