Overview
Next Breath Psychology is a growing, collaborative mental health practice located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute clinical expertise, leadership, and supervision. The ideal candidate brings specialization beyond child and neurodevelopmental assessments and is passionate about supporting clinicians, families, and the broader community.
This role offers the opportunity to balance assessment, clinical consultation, and professional mentorship within a supportive and values-driven practice.

Salary RangeSalary Range: $125,000–$160,000 annually

Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (approximately 2–4 assessments per week)
- Perform clinical interviews, administer standardized psychological testing, and integrate assessment data
- Establish accurate psychological diagnoses and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Prepare high-quality, timely, and ethically sound psychological reports
- Develop and communicate individualized treatment recommendations to clients and families
- Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, schools, and community partners as appropriate
- Provide clinical consultation and case conceptualization support to mental health therapists
- Provide supervision and mentorship to mental health therapists and/or pre-licensed clinicians
- Support professional development, clinical growth, and ethical practice within the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture
- Maintain excellent clinical documentation in alignment with internal policies and local, state, and federal regulations
- Adhere to ethical guidelines, HIPAA standards, and best practices in psychological care
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Colorado (DORA) or eligible to practice under PSYPACT.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure professional experience
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan
- Additional specialties beyond child and neurodevelopmental assessment strongly preferred (e.g., trauma, mood disorders, personality assessment, health psychology, forensic, or adult assessment)
- Experience providing clinical supervision or interest in developing supervisory skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Administrative and billing support to allow focus on clinical work
- Access to testing materials, scoring software, and assessment resources
