Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand, develop, and implement complex workflows and processes for the Imaging Systems at Valley View. This position will work on-site to guide staff and work hands‑on with the equipment. Valley View is an Independent Healthcare Facility that includes a 78‑bed community‑based hospital and multiple clinics. Come be a part of something where you can make a difference, every day!

• Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in PACS management, IT support, imaging informatics or a related field, with a focus on healthcare desired.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of imaging modalities and their workflows, including PACS and RIS systems.
• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to imaging data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams.

• Experience in healthcare/imaging regulations and workflows is a plus.
