Description & Requirements
We are searching for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities include receiving and putting away product, picking and shipping orders, and ensuring product quality.
This is a Union position. The starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus overtime and pay differential opportunities. Certified Forklift Operators receive an additional $1.40 per hour on full shifts when operating the forklift.
Responsibilities- Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors.
- Pick outbound orders.
- Visually inspect products for defects and set aside defective items for rework.
- Pack items in designated cartons per customer orders.
- Place identification labels on outbound shipments.
- Report discrepancies to supervisor.
- Provide general warehouse labor support as needed.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15–35 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Experience or willingness to train on forklift, reach trucks, and other D/C equipment.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
