In this role, you will be the liaison between the shopper and our network of dealerships. You will assist shoppers by answering questions about vehicles they are interested in, as well as the brands they represent and purchasing options. You will also set appointments for shoppers to come into our showrooms and meet with personnel at the respective store. The industry is constantly evolving, so you’ll learn all about the latest features and technologies offered in the market.
We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training for both company and manufacturer programs.
This role is a full-time position, which includes a salary + bonus compensation plan.
Responsibilities- Answer customer questions, make sales appointments, execute follow-up plans
- Respond quickly to internet, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat workflows and protocols
- Provide customers with product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team & process development sessions – building positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude

- Must have strong computer skills
- Able to work efficiently, exhibiting strong time management skills.
