Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular Operating Room

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular

Location: Glenbrook Hospital

Full Time/Part Time: P T, 20hrs/week M-F

Hours: Days rotating shifts with on-call obligations

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association
• Experience: Operating Room experience required, cardiovascular operating room preferred

• Provide perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular surgical patient populations and families
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
