About Us:

We specialize in custom metal products and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality fabrication and welding solutions to our customers. We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team and help us bring our engineered designs to life.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle, cut, weld, and assemble materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for custom products.
  • Fabricate, weld, and install products according to engineered drawings.
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
  • Set up and operate hand and power tools common to welding, including shielded metal arc (SMAW) and gas metal arc (GMAW) welding equipment.
  • Assist with layout, positioning, alignment, and securing of parts and assemblies using tools such as straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.
  • Take pride in the quality of your work and in servicing customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to accurately fulfill customer orders on time.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience (MIG, TIG, Arc) with a variety of metals (mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel). Welding certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to read cut lists and engineering drawings for cutting and assembling materials.
  • Strong mechanical skills; proficient with tools such as saws, drills, grinders, cut-off wheels, clamps, levels, and tape measures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong safety mindset and willingness to promote a safe work environment.
  • Professional and clean work habits, including assisting with shop housekeeping.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
