Appliance Service Representative

Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of an Appliance Repair Representative. We are a family owned company who has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

* Assisting customers over the phone with their appliance service needs

* Basic troubleshooting with appliance issues

* Creating service tickets to document customers' needs

* Dispatching service techs to customers' homes

Job Requirements:

* At least 1 year of customer service experience

* Basic operational knowledge of appliances

* Strong computer skills

* Ability to take initiative & make decisions

* Approachable & outgoing personality

* Scheduling includes night & weekend hours

* Bi-lingual a plus
