This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Cabinet Specialist located in Glenview, IL. The Kitchen Cabinet Specialist will work directly with clients to understand their needs, create customized cabinet designs, and provide professional guidance throughout the design process. The role includes maintaining outstanding customer service, contributing to sales efforts, and ensuring high-quality project execution, while also offering training and support to clients as needed.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Customer Service expertise with a client-focused approach
• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills within a similar industry
• Ability to provide training and product knowledge to clients or team members
• Attention to detail and proficiency in design software and tools (preferred)
• Previous experience in cabinetry, interior design, or related fields is an advantage
• Proficency in using design software like 2020 is required
