$27.00 - $29.00 per hour (Full-time 40 hours/week)
We are a full-service dental laboratory transitioning toward advanced digital workflows while continuing to support and excel in traditional techniques. We deliver high-quality removable prosthetics and restorations to dentists and practices nationwide.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Removable Technician to fabricate, repair, and set up removable prosthetics—including complete and partial dentures—in our fast-paced laboratory environment. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and the ability to produce exceptional, high-quality work that meets clinical standards for fit, function, esthetics, and durability.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate, repair, and set up removable cases from start to finish, including model preparation, base plates, occlusion rims, tooth selection/setup, wax try-ins, processing, finishing, polishing, and quality control.
- Perform relines, rebases, additions, repairs, and modifications to existing dentures and appliances.
- Work proficiently in both analog (traditional) and digital removable workflows.
- Interpret prescriptions, impressions, bite records, and additional case details; collaborate directly with dentists and staff to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation while adhering to lab safety and infection control protocols.
- Deliver detailed, high-quality craftsmanship focused on dental morphology, occlusion, and natural esthetics.
- Proven experience as a removable dental technician, with strong expertise in full and partial denture setup, finishing, acrylic work, and repairs.
- In-depth understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, and occlusion principles.
- Proficiency handling both analog and digital workflows for removables.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to producing superior results in a production-oriented setting.
- Strong communication skills for discussing case details with doctors and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Preferred:
Formal dental lab training, CDT certification (Complete or Partial Dentures), or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Competitive hourly pay: $27.00 - $29.00 (based on experience).
