Logistics Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time;

• Correspond with customers and suppliers to meet service expectations across all parties.
• Take ownership of shipments from tender through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving service issues to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a working knowledge of customer requirements, industry standards, and market trends.
• Quote customer opportunities and coordinate shipments from tender through delivery.
• Manage order entry, dispatch, tracking, scheduling, delivery monitoring, and accessorials.
• Identify and support organic sales opportunities through excellent service and relationship building.

• A college or Associate’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong customer service mindset: communicative, consistent, proactive, and professional
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships
• Solid computer proficiency, including general business systems and Microsoft Office
