Role Background / Fit

ITW Medical, a division of ITW, is comprised of two highly respected brands—Coeur and Filtertek, supplying critical filtration, flow control, and fluid management solutions to global Medical OEMs, serving Surgical, Infusion, Bioprocessing and Diagnostic Imaging end markets. ITW Medical differentiates itself by providing innovative, high quality products with world‑class service levels to our key global customers with our global operations. We are looking for a product manager with a passion for healthcare, career advancement to join and accelerate our efforts to serve our customers and improve patient outcomes. This role would report into the Innovation Marketing Manager.

Position Summary
  • Assigned product category leadership providing a strategic view of where ITW Medical is today and how it should grow and improve in the future.
  • Prioritize current and future opportunities for ITW Medical in assigned product category to deliver healthy organic growth and profitability.
  • Situational assessment of end markets for assigned product category.
  • Support sales team by developing strong value propositions, defining and executing Go to Market strategy.
  • Serve as Voice of Customer to the division. Challenge performance and orthodoxies as we progress towards best in class service levels for our key customers.
  • Ownership of margin and profitability goals for assigned products. Conduct value‑based pricing analysis, manage product portfolio, capacity and validate proposed market offerings with target customers.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive meaningful Organic Growth through product development strategy support and provide Go-To-Market Strategy leadership.
