Overview

Responsibilities- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Glenshaw, PA and surrounding areas
- Self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
- F/T Mon-Thu + Fri or Sun evening (also open to LFT 3pm-11pm M-Th)
- Local travel required
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- Tru Chart EHR
