Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing exterior home remodeling projects such as roofing and siding from start to completion, ensuring all work is performed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to company quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, subcontractor crews, vendors, and internal teams, and plays a critical role in customer satisfaction and project profitability.

- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Receive and review project assignment and schedule from Operations manager
- Manage assigned roofing and siding projects from contract execution through final completion.
- Coordinate project schedules with operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Confirm material orders, deliveries, and job readiness prior to project start.
- Crews, subcontractor crews and vendor coordination
- Communicate job scope, expectations, and timelines with crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate vendor deliveries and ensure materials are accurate and available.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
- Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Provide updates, address questions, and resolve issues with customers.
- Conduct final walkthroughs and obtain customer sign-off.
- Quality Control & Problem Resolution
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and manufacturer standards.
- Identify and resolve job-site issues and change orders.
- Track and coordinate callbacks or repairs.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate job documentation, notes, photos, and change orders.
- Report project status to Operations and Sales Management.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety standards, local codes, and company policies with subcontractors
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read contracts and scopes of work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with basic technology and documentation tools.
- Experience in roofing and siding projects.
- Previous project management experience in exterior construction.
- Knowledge of manufacturer installation requirements.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
Field-based with active job-site responsibilities.
