Registered Nurse; RN Unit Manager

A healthcare facility in the Glens Falls area is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager.

Duties include overseeing all supervisory responsibilities for an assigned unit, helping establish and implement staff policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining unit standards of care. This role also involves reviewing resident records and quality of care, monitoring overall resident care plans, addressing resident and family concerns, and serving as a liaison between the unit and upper-level management.

Requirements include a valid NYS RN license. Long-term care experience is preferred, with prior charge nurse experience strongly desired. Candidates should have strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
