Overnight RN Supervisor – Mon–Fri | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure top-quality resident care.
What You’ll Do:
Lead nursing staff by scheduling and managing daily operations
Support residents and families in a compassionate, caring environment
Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a safe, clean workspace
Handle confidential resident information and care documentation
Foster teamwork and collaboration across the healthcare team
What We’re Looking For:
Valid RN license
3+ years of Long-Term Care experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Comfortable with EHR systems and prescribing programs
Excellent communication and computer skills
