Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI
- COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified  REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Dress Code:
Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.

• 3 years of ICU/CCU experience - REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years RN experience - REQUIRED
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed - REQUIRED
• EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY ON PROFILE!
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle - REQUIRED
• MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs - REQUIRED
