Join Our Team - Sales Advisor – Branded Jewellery, Piercing & Welding Studio ✨

Jessop Jewellers is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our branded jewellery store in the Kingdom Shopping Centre, Fife. This role is ideal for someone with a true passion for jewellery and a strong desire to learn, develop and grow within the industry.

Representing Pandora, Swarovski, Nomination and Katie Loxton, alongside our Piercing & Jewellery Welding Studio, you will deliver refined, personalised customer service while continually developing your product and brand knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

In this role, you will be all about great service — helping customers find pieces they love and creating a welcoming, memorable in-store experience. You will support piercing and welding appointments, manage enquiries across in-store, online and social channels, and build strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.

You will play an active role in achieving sales targets, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, handling stock and aftercare queries, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and security.

Responsibilities
  • Provide refined, personalised customer service and continually develop product and brand knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
  • Support piercing and welding appointments; manage enquiries across in-store, online and social channels.
  • Help customers find pieces they love and create a welcoming, memorable in-store experience.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle stock and aftercare queries; ensure the store operates with professionalism, presentation and security.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Passion for fashion jewellery and branded products; retail sales experience (jewellery or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong communication skills; friendly, detail-oriented; confident working towards sales targets.
  • Team player who can also take initiative.
