This newly created role involves designing the visitor journey from concept to execution, managing daily operations, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, relevant experience in hospitality or tourism, and excellent communication skills. The position is based at the Inch Dairnie Distillery in Glenrothes, anticipated to start no later than March 2026.
