At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland we design, develop and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world renowned international OEM’s in industries such as material handling, construction and forestry machinery
Responsibilities- You will acquire a subject matter expertise of Quality Engineering, data-driven approach to operational and non-operational business improvements.
- You will gain an in-depth insight and understanding of the engineering of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics.
- Support implementation of the Glenrothes Quality Improvement Plan for 2026.
- Enhancing data analytics of process variables by and use of AI
- Leading preventative quality initiatives
- Implementing electronic Layered Process Audit system
- Leading problem-solving activities
- You will briefly take on duties and get to know all aspects of your field in manufacturing as well as in day-to-day business.
- Participate in quality methods to determine failure root cause
- Good quality Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree.
- Experience of working within a multifunctional engineering company.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and produce clear and concise work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent MS Office capability and understanding.
