A great opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing manufacturing business who are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and high-performing Customer Service team.

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while managing a varied workload. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, enquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

The role

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will:

* Review and process customer orders ensuring they are processed within agreed timescales

* Provide prices, lead time, delivery and stock availability information

* Act as the interface between customers and internal teams including Planning, Procurement and Finance

* Resolve customer complaints and credit queries effectively

* Maintain accurate customer records and provide proactive customer support

* Work closely with sales teams to keep them informed of customer activity and changes

About you

* Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

* Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

* Commercially aware with excellent communication and organisational skills

* Manufacturing experience desirable

* Knowledge of Spanish – desirable

* Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office / Excel

* Able to commit to a full time, office-based role with a realistic daily commute

Working hours

* 40 hours per week

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

* 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Package:

* 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

* Salary Sacrifice Pension – Employer 6%, Employee minimum 3%
