Connect Appointments are recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join our Glenrothes-based manufacturing client.

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

- Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
- Support the daily administration tasks of departments
- Ensuring all information is processed with precision and attention to detail
- Assisting with documentation, compliance, and reporting tasks
- Liaising with internal teams to support smooth operations
- Greeting all visitors and dealing with enquires
you'll ideally have previous experience within an admin role - previous admin experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. Other key skills and traits, include:
- Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
- attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
