Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The rate ranges from $17 to $30 per hour.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, primarily in the backroom. Associates must lift heavy objects over 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
