What you’ll doProvides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists with self-service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Maintains facility safety and follows forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and safety procedures. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking, organizing, and setting up displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise;
identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high-shrink items. Monitors product quality, rotation, dates, recalls, and sanitation; ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal items. Completes work by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to change. Ensures club pick-up orders are filled and staged according to policy.
- Unload trucks promptly
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
