The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with their leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers and supports them in setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.

The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future. Certificate:
Completion of Business Leadership Capstone/ HU Certificate. The Ideal candidate has prior General Manager experience in high-volume locations; background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen
• Must have a California Manager Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)

• HSD or GED preferred

Pay Rates starting at $83,200-$98,200/year
