We are looking for 1 full-time House Supervisor to join the team at Glendora.
The House Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of nursing personnel for a given shift with responsibility for outcome throughout the facility; performs a variety of functions for assigned shift including the interpretation of department policy and procedures for nursing staff; participates in the identification and investigation of problems, preparation of reports, and implementation of the improvement of nursing care; provides for staff training and evaluates personnel performance.
Qualifications- Current, valid State of California R.N. license.
- Current BLS certification.
- CPI is required within 30 days of hire. (provided by Glendora Hospital upon hire)
- Two years of progressive proven clinical and management experience in an acute psychiatric and/or chemical dependency hospital.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- LPS Designation required within 90 days of hire date. (Free Class Provided)
- Ability to assess the age specific needs of all patients.
$48.33 - $60.36 per hour
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHLB/Glendora Hospital roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CHLB/Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
