Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position for a Shop Technician located in Glendora, CA. The Shop Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on Ford performance trucks. Tasks include diagnostics, installations, modifications, testing, and ensuring proper functionality of all components. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team for problem-solving and maintaining a clean, organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair, with specific knowledge of Ford vehicles
- Skills in installation, maintenance, and modification of automotive components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of shop safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in the automotive field
- ASE certification or equivalent technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in performance automotive or Ford vehicles, is preferred
