Formerly Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists, acquired by Blue Pearl in 2020, our Glendale location is part of a network including Oak Creek and Port Washington, offering comprehensive specialty and emergency services. Our collaborative environment includes experts across emergency, critical care, exotics, internal medicine, oncology, rehabilitation, social work, and surgery. This expansion ensures high-quality veterinary services across southeast Wisconsin.

We are seeking enthusiastic ER veterinarians for our locations in Port Washington, Glendale, and Oak Creek. Shifts include overnight, swing, and day, averaging 12-14 shifts per month.

We foster a supportive, collaborative atmosphere with on-site social workers, interns, and highly skilled support staff, all dedicated to excellent patient care.

Our locations are in the vibrant Southeastern Wisconsin region, near Lake Michigan and Chicago. Milwaukee offers diverse experiences—from the Milwaukee Public Market and Riverwalk to professional sports, theaters, live music, outdoor activities, and scenic trails.

• Base + Production Range: $150,000-$200,000

This position qualifies for production pay with no negative accrual, paid quarterly. The compensation range is indicative; additional benefits may vary by region.
