Job Type: Direct hire, full-time, Staff position

Schedule: M-F, 40-hours/weekly, Operating Room hours 6:30a-6p

# of Operating Rooms: 10

# of surgeries per month: 575-625

Facility Selling Points: no weekends, no holidays, no nights, and no on-call. All of the surgeries are scheduled (it is not attached to an ER)

Reports to: Vice President of Nursing

• BLS provider obtained within 1 month of hire
• ACLS obtained within 12 months of hire date
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse credentialed from the WI Board of Nursing before the hire date.
• Bachelors degree in nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Advanced orthopedic and spine program education, competency, and training.

• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
• Master's degree in a health-related field

The Operating Room Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the surgical suite, ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective environment for surgical procedures. This role involves supervising surgical staff, coordinating with other departments, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
