We are thrilled to launch our North Campus in the 26-27 school year, initially serving about 300 students in grades K4-6 and 9.

The Dean of Student Success leads the work of shaping and sustaining Aug Prep’s high school culture and ensuring students internalize Aug Prep’s values for academic excellence and behavior expectations in partnership with the administration and staff. The Dean develops preventative interventions and ensures students who are not yet meeting expectations receive consistent, wraparound support and follow-through.

In addition, as a member of the high school leadership team, the Dean contributes to the academic strength of the school through instructional coaching, academic leadership, and supporting key initiatives that advance the success of teachers and students.
