You’ll work closely with leadership while learning key aspects of staffing, ordering, and process management in a fast‑paced environment.

• Overseeing daily grill operations and supporting the grill team
• Assisting with staff scheduling, coverage, and shift flow
• Supporting ordering, inventory, and supply management
• Helping maintain efficient processes and consistent service standards
• Monitoring cleanliness and organization of grill and pool deck areas
• Serving as a point of support for staff questions and member needs
• Learning operational systems that keep the grill running smoothly
