Amato Automotive Group - : [Auto Service Technician] As a Service Consultant at Amato Automotive Group, you'll:
Greet customers and utilize the walk around process to evaluate service needs;
Schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information;
Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customers schedule;
Refer the technician to the customer and/or test-drive the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs;
Describe all work performed and related charges billed;
Handle customer complaints.
