Target - Up to $41.25/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals, including merchandising, pricing, displays, and promotions;
Maintain Food & Beverage Standards, including inventory accuracy and food safety, and ensure accurate pricing and signage;
Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members to align with guest traffic and business priorities;
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and coordinate with the Starbucks/Pizza Hut program and DM to meet brand standards and ensure product availability
