If you’re a driven Production Manager who thrives in a hands‑on environment and loves building strong, high‑performing teams, this is your chance to make a major impact. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping our production success.
As the Production Manager, you will:- Champion efficient, cost‑effective production practices to help the team meet ambitious goals.
- Direct and prioritize workflow across the assembly floor, quickly addressing issues to keep operations moving.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate production employees, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel.
- Build strong teams through effective onboarding and communication of expectations.
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer demands.
- Ensure all production staff are fully trained, confident, and capable in their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production challenges.
- Communicate production updates, risks, and needs to department managers.
- Review, evaluate, and process production jobs, including support for expedited orders.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- 7–10 years of experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more employees.
- IPC‑610/620 certification is a plus.
- Strong computer skills:
Office Suite, ERP, CRM systems. - Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, hands‑on mindset.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams toward KPI success.
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a strong advantage.
- $90-100k

This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Will get upon request
Will receive PTO and bonus based on company performance.
This is a fully onsite position in Centennial,CO.
