Position Summary

Columbine Country Club is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. This role is responsible for ensuring the club’s buildings, equipment, and grounds remain in excellent condition to support a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our members and guests.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong mechanical ability, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This position requires versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements Essential Responsibilities
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
  • Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs to extend the life and efficiency of equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC systems and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure proper operation of equipment
  • Complete general maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, and plumbing repairs
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory in an organized manner
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist with special projects and facility improvements as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical certification in HVAC, building maintenance, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule Requirements
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
