Security Officer - Customer Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, athletic fields, and perimeter gates to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy violations.;
Monitor access points during arrivals, dismissals, and special events, assisting with visitor check-in, verifying identification when required, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance as needed and notifying school personnel and/or emergency services per post orders.;
Document and report security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns, communicating timely updates to supervision and site contacts.
