As an In-Home Sales Representative
, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions

• Use company software to design and present personalized bath layouts

• Provide clear pricing and close sales during consultations

• Participate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Experience in in-home sales is highly preferred

• Background in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and discipline

• Goal-oriented professional comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

• Outgoing and confident personality who enjoys working with people

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential
