General Manager(07876) - 723 S. Central Ave. Full-time

• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler, and prepare all products.
• Use all proprietary technology, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Provide orientation to new hires and ongoing on-the-job training for all employees on store products and procedures.
• Manage inventory counts and create the work schedule and staffing for the store.
• Run food and labor within your shift and maintain effective team leadership through good communication skills.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements rapidly and accurately; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to
  :
  Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above. Fumes from food odors. Cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

  Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Standing
  :
  Most tasks performed standing. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Work surface heights between 36" and 48".

  Short-distance walking; delivery personnel travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.

  :
  Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting
  :
  Deliveries may weigh up to 50 pounds; cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high.

  :
  Large cans (about 3 lbs 7 oz); pizzas and other items carried during delivery and tasks.
• Driving
  :
  Deliver pizzas within designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.
• Pushing
  :
  Push/pull trays on dollies; typical dolly stack height 24"–30".

  :
  May need to navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance or price changes; delivery may require stairs.

  :
  Repeated bending at the waist; occasional front-counter bending when stocking ingredients.

  Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
