Essential

Functions

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.

Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.

Performing cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit transactions per company policies.

Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating prices, and managing inventory as directed.

Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.

Providing support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational, and staying updated on services and tools.

Assisting pharmacy staff when needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development opportunities.

Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.

Required Qualifications

At least 16 years of age.
Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and performing visual tasks like reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours

Part-time position.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.31 per hour

The actual salary may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
