Parkview Pet Clinic is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Ideal Candidate:

* 1 year experience working in the veterinary field preferred

* multi-task and prioritize duties

* ability to handle multiple phone lines

* maintain professional, upbeat demeanor

* Flexible availability to work on weekends

Job Responsibilities:

* manage high volume of incoming calls

* responsible for admitting and discharging patients

* assist with pharmacy refill process and diet/OTC purchases

* maintain patient medical records

* client communication and education

* assist our veterinarians and technical team

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19.50-$22.00 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
